Toby Kim (김토비) is a multidisciplinary artist, painter, designer, and photographer based in New York City. Born in the U.S. and raised across Connecticut, Pittsburgh, Shanghai, Seoul, Abu Dhabi, and NYC, her work draws from the layers of identity formed by a life lived between cultures.

A graduate of Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Integrated Design, she currently works at H MART HQ while continuing to build a personal practice rooted in storytelling, heritage, and community.

Through painting, visual design, and photography, Toby explores themes of Korean-American identity, memory, and representation, creating work that seeks to bridge the personal with the collective.
